「Great stay, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host. Only complaint is that the bathroom was shared and I cannot recall seeing that as part of the info when booking. 」

「Equipe fantástica, ótimo custo-benefício, próximo à estação do wine tram - 15 minutos andando.

「We arrived at the property and there was nobody letting us in nor answering the phone. The pool which was the main reason we chose this place was under maintenance.」

「I was given a different product from what I paid for, downgraded from a premium room to a cold self catering cottage. And Expedia remains unresponsiveto my complaint about this.」

「Staff always great」

「Stayed here solo for the end of my 3 week adventure in South Africa, and what a way to end it. Beautiful accommodation, staff incredible and really accommodating. I was the only guest staying but the staff were so willing to help, happy to stay late due to my late flight and allowed me to stay in my room after checkout. Amazing breakfast, stunning views and really relaxing. Will recommend to anyone visiting Franschhoek.」

「I cannot recommend highly enough. I stayed for 5 nights in September and would return tomorrow if i could. The hotel itself is lovely with a lovely garden, it looks out over the park, there is tea and cake available every afternoon and it feels so homely. The staff are faultless and could not be nicer or more helpful if they tried, it was such a pleasure to stay there and is only a few minutes walk from the centre but lovely and quiet.」

「Highly recommend this property. Brand new, friendly owner and beautiful views from the room. We enjoyed everything ❤️」

「Room was cozy, beautifully decorated. Child friendly. Lovely view of the garden. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just phenomenal. Will definitely be back. Parking is in front of the building. very safe though. No Reception area. Please make sure to message the property when they contact you so you get further instructions. Very professional and warm welcome on arrival. Would definitely recommend for visitors travelling to Paarl.」
