Very nice over night stop to break up long journey

A night to break up the journey from southern Italy back to Calais, 24 hour reception, so we didn't have the stress of having to arrive by a set time, our son loved that the room as like "a little house" in his eyes with the living room downstairs and the sleeping area up, odd that the only English speaking channel was Bloomberg which we haven't experienced in a Mecure before...but it didn't matter as we were only staying the night, breakfast in the morning was lovely

Good hotel

Good Hotel for staying a night while traveling. Great gym and pools. The breakfast was good. The room was big but maybe in need of refurbishment, but totally ok. Friendly staff.

I had room in some house,near main bulding.Not very good insulated,and the food was not the best.Avoid steaks.

The facilities were great, especially with the gym. There was a very small pool but a decent sized hot tub. At about 9.15 am the pool filled up with all the locals who had come to hang out. Quite humourous to see them all bobbing about in the water! There were lots of pieces of gym equipment, it was actually very well equipped. The whole place just needs a lick of paint and it would be great. Breakfast was lovely. I would call it continental plus. There was a great selection of teas and coffees! The bar was well stocked and well done out. The room was fine, standard really.

This was supposed to be a 4* hotel. There was no room service. The restaurant closes at 10pm and the bar at 11pm. I have never stayed in a 4* hotel with no room service.

Plusieurs venues dans cet établissement , toujours en logement en extérieur , par contre climatisation inefficace , quand nous dormons a l'étage , nous avons du dormir sur le canapé lit ( désolé d'avoir défait deux lit ) et encore c'était juste en tant que bien être , peut être les clim sont géraient par leurs soins , car même ventilation forte et température assez basse , dur de dormir , heureusement que nous sommes restés dans la chambre que quelques heures ; car départ a 4h00

Andrea a l'accueil est parfait. Très accueillant, souraint et bonne humeur. Nous sommes arrivés en soirée 19h30 et il était déjà en clientèle. Le serveur du restaurant a su prendre en charge notre attente et nous faire patienter. Très bon point. Chambre spacieuse, hôtel très beau, piscine intérieur et extérieur super et salle de sport complète. Rien à redire là-dessus. Petite attention dans la chambre de la part du personnel. Cela à fait notre bonne note pour cet établissement. Malheureusement, le personnel du petit-déjeuner est vraiment pas agréable. Pas d'accueil, nous ne savons pas où nous placer. Je pense que c'est un responsable du service qui s'est permis de reprendre un jeune employé devant tout le monde. C'était gênant. Buffet disponible jusqu'à 10h30 mais débarrassé à 10h15... Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés avant. Choix limité en salé, que du jambon en charcuterie et pas de poisson. Pas d'omelette non plus. Attention pour la propreté, nous avons mis nos affaire sur le sèche-serviette, qui était très poussiéreux... Nous vous en faites pas nous reviendrons.

Duplex a fuir

Lors de la réservation il y est indique terrase pour le duplex or ce n est pas le cas ! Aussi il est indiqué la climatisation mais elle est disponible uniquement sur la partie basse , autrement dit dans la mezzanine qui sert de chambre c est une fournaise !!! Dormir la fenetre ouverte a l hotel c est juste aberrant...decu par la marque Mercure car les 2 jours m ont épuisé car j ai quasiment pas dormi ..
