He gave us superb tips for hiking and adapted to our diet needs for the very yummy and inviting breakfast. 1722 is located behind a old church in a beautiful, quiet, traditional stone village. We absolutely recommend it. For the rooms, it's better not stay on the ground floor, as it tends to be damp. But there's an air-con.」

「Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with excellent staff. Lovely to be upgraded to a delux suite, loads of room, superb sea view, lovely swimming pool. Home from home feel. The only comfort downside, which I did not realise when booking, was there is no restaurant at all on site although a very limited charcuterie board selection menu and breakfast menu all served in your room or on your private terrace, all nice quality but personally I would have preferred a restaurant and more selection....

Very nice pool with poolside service. Only negative is that view from the hotel bedrooms and pool partially obscured by dwellings. However, still a very good hotel and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front and marina with lots of bars and eateries.」

Die Lage des Hotels ist auch topp, wenn man die Dörfer der Balagne besuchen möchte. Der Strand in Île Rousse ist 16 km entfernt. Auch Calvi, Calenzana und Saint Florent...
