Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!

Overall, we had a really good experience. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, and the food was great throughout.
