「Sound proof of the room seems quite limited」

「We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests...

「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we...

「New or newly renovated facilities. Comfortable and good price to value ratio. Very close to Plaza Espana and not far from the center. Quiet also and the air conditioner works super well.」

「staff are friendly, location is not bad as it is not located in a crowded area but with convenient transportation rooms are clean and breakfast is good」

「Quite good. But the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. It took quite a long time for transportation.」

「Really nice modern hotel in the centre of Seville and the staff were very friendly」

「Very friendly and helpful staffs, historical building with not very good sound- proofing, overall experience is good.」

「Good location good service」

「The hotel facilities are good and very quiet, where you can relax and have a rest.」

「Had an excellent stay at the Cetina hotel! Very clean room, great breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」
