「Clean and tastefully decorated room. The hotel has extensive grounds so great if you’re travelling with a dog. The housekeepers were welcoming and helpful. A good walk into town but well worth the effort. Ferrara is a beautiful, historic town and very lively in the evening with a good choice of restaurants. 」

Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno. Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. 」
