Hotel Servigroup Montíboli

"5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! Incredible- their view was due to very little need in these services!? So what about those who are paying 5 star prices!! Also- two weddings were happening whilst we walked to reception- walking straight through one wedding in the court yard- not ideal or privacy for the party. The location is well outside of Villajoyosa - but that works for me- maybe not for others - also there’s a tram that runs frequently from Alicante to Benidorm- passing right by the hotel- it wasn’t really an issue - but good to know. The beaches are ok- one nudist beach directly down from the hotel - but not a problem. Aside from this - I would stay again- maybe for short trip."

"I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment. The accommodation was clean, modern and very comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The space was well maintained and felt high quality throughout. The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi was the highlight of the stay and made the experience feel really special. The apartment also had a smart TV and all the facilities worked perfectly. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience."

"Brilliant property in a peaceful location with beautiful view and great pool. Easy check-in and check-out and helpful communication from the hosts. The good restaurants, bars and supermarkets of Vilajoyosa are a short drive away so a car is very helpful as getting an uber or taxi can take a while. We loved our stay! "

"Very clean flat really enjoyed our stay. The problem we had was the communication owners were blaming Expedia. We did email the owners before we left no answer. We had to wait an hour before we heard our key number. This needs to be addressed for future use. We cannot wait for ours on end while nobody answers their phone"

"Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware. "
