"Clean property. Comfortable. Resturant was actually quite excellent. Shuttle driver Keith was so great and positive at 0400am! Would definitely stay again. "

"What Breakfest? What Bar? We tried getting to the hotel for 2 hours and could not. We called Expedia for a refund and they could not. Hyatt said it was our fault for not calling them. There was no signage to do that. You can't walk to the hotel. There were no shuttles we saw. Hyatt can go to straight to hell. I will never book another reservation with them anywhere. We lost $276. Never again. DFW and Hyatt totally suck. Hope you enjoyed it becuase you'll never see another dime from me."

"The room was clean and in good condition. We had problems with the television not working correctly. My husband had to rewire it to get it right. We had a call in to maintenance twice and they never came to assist with that. They were supposed to clean our room after the second day but they never showed. Even with us communicating with them they just couldn't get it right. We had to empty our own trash and get our own towels. We like this hotel, but it has changed in the last couple of months, we were there in January and then again in March."

"Restaurant/bar was good. Don’t pay $20 for the breakfast. There’s a breakfast restaurant 200 yards away from the hotel. "
