"The breakfast was the very worst I’ve ever had in a hotel. The eggs were not even scrambled but cut into blocks. There was very little even on the breakfast counter. It’s hard to even describe how bad it was. "

"Everything was great except for the lack of lighting in RM 320. It was dark once the curtains were pulled for the evening. One light between beds and overhead by the bathroom. The room lacked lighting"

"What Breakfest? What Bar? We tried getting to the hotel for 2 hours and could not. We called Expedia for a refund and they could not. Hyatt said it was our fault for not calling them. There was no signage to do that. You can't walk to the hotel. There were no shuttles we saw. Hyatt can go to straight to hell. I will never book another reservation with them anywhere. We lost $276. Never again. DFW and Hyatt totally suck. Hope you enjoyed it becuase you'll never see another dime from me."
