"It was quite. Check in and out was fast and easy. The room was big and spacious for the price. However the room was very dirty. Blankets and sheets looked like it hasn’t been washed in a while. Carpet could use a clean and vacuumed. There was a smell as soon as you enter the room. There was no cleaning done while we were there so no extra towels. One of the tiles on the bathroom ceiling was broken so we could the noise of the fan all the time. The whole lodge could use a paint job and carpet...

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person. The room...
