"first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite. 1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures . 2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror 3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting. 4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door. 5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable . "Clean, good room. Got a reservation when rooms in the area were very difficult to find. The hotel is old and in need of some repairs, but the price was right and there were no problems at all. If you want five star luxury, this is not your place. The breakfast is a nice plus! Serves it's purpose very well."

"My room was clean and bed / pillows very comfortable. AC was nice and cold. Staff was very polite, and parking was great. Hotel was close to shopping and food options. The only compliant I would have was the smell of weed outside and in hallways (probably from people's clothing, not them actually smoking it in hallway). I wish this stuff was banned (except for medical purposes) I would stay here again"

"I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!"
