This was the first NH Collection hotel I have stayed in despite being a frequent traveler who has been to Spain a few times and I left very impressed. The hotel was clean and stylish, just below 5 star quality, with friendly staff and on site parking. Breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel is located in a remade palace but the rooms are very modern. The breakfast room is located in the cloister of an old church that has been transformed.

Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us.

Burgos does not seem to rank too high on the average American tourist's list of places to visit, but we found it an excellent venue, and the AC Hotel was relatively easy to find , was situated just immediatey outside the old historic city center, on a quiet street near the river and within walking distance to all the major sites. Staff was amazing - early check in, help with transportation and just very hospitable. Best location and breakfast was good. Make a reservation for dinner if interested - they go fast.

Great service!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would of been good to know that it was a busy weekend due to the towns festival

Staff insuperable

Great location. Great hotel. Close to cathedral. Would recommend to others.

Amazing stay here! Seriously zero complaints. Two minute walk to the Cathedral which was perfect, and tons of restaurants just five minutes walking from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel has an upscale feel, overall great stay. Piece of advice - parking at the hotel is pretty expensive, I think 20 euro per night or something like that, so we found parking on the street about a five minute walk away. Worth it

Everything was amazing. Lovely place, awesome service. We loved it

I came for the eclipse on August 12, 2026. My first choice of hotel canceled at the last minute and Expedia kindly help me with this excellent hotel. I lucked out! The staff are very gracious, and I enjoyed the generous breakfast as well. It is a few kilometers outside of Burgos, so you have to plan for that

Great!

Very nice room, updated, clean and well provided.
