「The front desk at night was so helpful! Our shower washer was broken at night which made bathroom all wet. I ask for help,he help and figure out that we could have the near room to take shower nearby. Thanks to him a lot!」

「L'hotel è in una zona abbastanza centrale della città, vicino al palazzo presidenziale e ad pochi minuti dal centro storico. I ragazzi alla reception sono molto cortesi e parlano bene inglese. La camera era davvero grande e ben tenuta, con tanti armadi, una buona cucina, ottimo il bagno (doccia separata dai sanitari) e letti comodi. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ineccepibile.」

「There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel」

「Hotel staff are friendly, Hotel location is good, near Blumenthal Church, only ten minutes to the railway station on foot, five minutes by tram. Many tram stations near the hotel, easy to take the tram to historical spot. Post office and Tesco near the hotel.」
