The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and friendly it was quiet I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. The next time we need to stay at a hotel again it will be here. Thanks to all the staff.

Before I made the reservation, I called asking about the indoor pool, and if it was a warmed pool and a lady said YES. It was cold and I contacted the front desk and he said that it was "room temperature", and we know that for the underground pools always the temperature stays below room temperature. My kids were not able to enjoy it as expected, since it was cold.

Clean, but damages
The room was clean though it looked like it had a few bad patch spots. The glaringly scary part of my stay was the bathroom's cracked floor tiles where the floor moved slightly when you stepped there—moved... noticeably. I was worried enough that I had to walk around that part of the bathroom doorway. It was roughly 2' in diameter with the bathroom wall/hotel room as the midpoint. I took the shortest shower possible due to the shower placement near that spot. No, I didn't say anything. I was there for work. I arrived. I slept. I worked. I slept and I left. I have often stayed at a Comfort Inn and know this was a fluke. It doesn't deter me from a future stay, but I will be more wary of checking my rooms, going forward. I wish I'd thought to take a photo.

One elevator…and it was very dirty (floor, walls, and frame outside and inside) Parking lot needs more lights felt scared when getting out of car, hotel sits way off the main road behind a shopping center. Walking into lobby it smells like curry and spoiled. Room smelled the same….I went to local Store and bought febreeze and sprayed room constantly. Over all, hotel needs to be updated and fully cleaned from top to bottom. New carpet through out.

There was mold in the shower, bath tub was dirty, the shower continued to leak after the water was turned off. The light when you walked in room flickered continuously. There was only ice maker 1st and 3rd floors. Breakfast was over at 9:30 but it was mostly empty and the employee refused to restock items. Manager was supposed to call me about the issues but no call.

I look forward to staying at this property again. The staff was friendly. I had a problem with my T.V. a few times and the lady came up to my room and fixed it. Our room was nice and clean and the shower was nice and hot.
