"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was perfect and well air conditioned. We faced the plaza and had a view of the lake which was amazing. The pool and sauna on the rooftop were an amazing perk. We truly cannot wait to come back and stay again! Everything about this hotel was lovely, the restaurant understand had amazing staff and great food and views as well. Truly could not recommend this place enough I can’t believe this isn’t a 9 star hotel+ property. Also easy walk from the ferry!"

"Very good value, nice room with a beautiful lake view. Modest/basic breakfast buffet. Location is about 20 minutes by bus from Menaggio and the bus stops right in front of the hotel (across the street to go to Menaggio). The bus ride is fun and very scenic. The area is just beautiful, breathtaking. Very nice stay. Thank you,"

"We loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly, and we had everything needed in our stay to be perfectly comfortable. The food options are great too - we had dinner here twice during our stay. The views from the bar and quaint outdoor restaurant seating area are spectacular."

"Just a good overall value stay, it's quite a far walk to the waterfront and town, not too bad walking downhill but walking uphill all the way back in teh summer months isn't ideal if you're wearing dinner wear. Decent views, rooms are dated and smallish, breakfast and staff are great though, there is a pool which is great and the onsite parking is a bonus as well. I'd stay again but if you want a true Lake Como experience you will want to splurge and get a waterfront property"

"Great communications ahead of our stay, and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. I really cannot compliment them highly enough. We were even shown into the breakfast room early on our last day and were able to take a packed breakfast for our journey. The breakfast was varied, and the restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The service and food were always excellent. The setting is perfect, right on the lake. The parking was handy but we didn't need our car during our stay - it's only a short walk to the pier, where you can catch the ferry a few times a day. Varenna is only 5 minutes away by train and has even more ferry options. Our room (number 2) was maybe a little small but we only used it as a base for few days, so that wasn't an issue. However the walls are very thin, so I hope your neighbours are quieter than ours. We would have no hesitation in staying here again in the future (but in a different room). Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable."
