"Tivemos um problema com a reserva. O proprietário não sabia que havíamos feito a reserva e por isso não nos esperava. No entanto, havia o número de telefone dele no comprovante da reserva e eu liguei e ele atendeu e conseguimos resolver tudo. Ele foi muito atencioso. Lugar incrível, porém frio. Mesmo com o aquecedor no máximo, fez bastante frio. Quem viaja com criança, a escada também é perigosa, pois fica um espaço aberto e qualquer descuido, pode cair no 1º andar."

Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. "Hotel muito bonito, porém somente quando cheguei fui informada que minha cabana familia não poderia ser utilizada, dividindo assim meu grupo. Geralmente quando isso acontece é oferecido algo melhor mas nos foi oferecido 2 cabanas onde os chuveiros não eram bons, mas enfim foi tudo bom. A piscina poderia estar mais limpa. A jacuzzi sem condições de uso. Café da manhã muito bom."

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."
