「Was not near downtown Florence, so would not suit someone wanting to be near the main attractions, museums etc. but neighborhood was safe and walkable with great gelato and dining options within short walk. We even were able to walk to the train station 35 ish minutes away with luggage for our departure. Property would not suit someone who could not do stairs. 」

「La proprietaria è una gentilissima signora molto disponibile. Si sono resi disponibili ad effettuare il check-in in un posto più vicino e comodo per noi, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fini al pomeriggio e ce li hanno portati in un posto a noi comodo per il ritiro. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile in tram, i quali passano praticamente ogni 5 minuti.」

「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「Hello, Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there.」
