"Arrived at hotel 12:45am after long flight, hotel staff informed there is no room available without providing a reason. There were at least 4 other parties waiting. Requested to see manager who was hiding in the back room. Waited for more than 2 hours and after persistent requests to refund us our money so we can book other hotels, their staff miraculously announced there are suddenly rooms available.
This is absolutely horrible to make your guests wait for 2+ hours without proper reason, especially when there are rooms available since the beginning. Stay at your own discretion"
