「我們在晚上八點前到達，取了房間才發覺欠一份床上用品(只有梳化床)，需要走一轉到服務台。退房需要自行收拾床上用品和包垃圾，但是，沒有告訴收集垃圾的位置。 屋內的暖爐好好，廚房也好。 對於我們只是用作渡過一個晚上是可接受的。」

「Geweldige omgeving! De vriendelijke mensen van de hostel bieden alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. De hostel heeft verder alles wat je nodig hebt. De sauna en het zwembad is heerlijk! Hou rekening met de afstand van Voss naar de hostel deze gaat over een prachtige binnenweg en is goed te berijden maar het duurt ongeveer 30 minuten voordat je er bent. Familie Broersen NL 」

「The lake view of the hotel is the best I ever see. It takes a few minutes walking to the lake and the beautiful park. The location is convenient to bus and train station, hiking trails and restaurants. 」

「Perfect Experience. Staff at reception when we arrived was super nice. She went out of her way to help us with plates and lighter (as we wanted to celebrate my wife's birthday), so was super happy with her. Same for breakfast, we were only 2 people in that hotel for that night (due to off season) but had full menu prepared for breakfast. Which says a lot about the standard this hotel is maintaining. Very welcoming kitchen staff as well. This is definitely our go-to hotel for any future visit to...
