Beautiful location

What a wonderful stay in this exceptional place; from the dramatic scenery of the 13th century castle to the beautiful surroundings in a place where time simply stops. Guests can enjoy and relax by the pool, indulge in a brand-new spa, and dine on property at the gastronomic restaurant (kudos to the Chef and team!) or the “bistrot d’été”. From a world traveler who stopped doing so as the world paused for a few months, it was a real treat to get to enjoy a trip just a few hours away from home....

Les Galapons was so much more than we expected. In the middle of the countryside. If you want complete silence, a reset on life in the city, this is the place to go. Sandrine and Sebastian are the perfect hosts. Food was extremely tasty, local wine was some of the best we have had and the room was delightfully decorated and spotless.

Beautiful property

Great find! Gorgeous views, excelling good and nice staff. Would recommend staying in the castle side. The chevalier side could do with a refurbishment but does have everything you need with a family. We’re coming back without the kids to stay in the castle side 😀

Heel leuk tiny house met zeer gastvrije en behulpzame ontvangst. Deels nog in opbouw en verwacht dat dit zeer snel klaar is. Nu al een top plek voor een kort verblijf.

The staff was very friendly and hotel was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the train station which was the main purpose for this hotel stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property with attention to detail! Wonderful hospitality!

We flew here from the United States for our daughter’s wedding. The property radiates historic charm, but has some modern updates, most notably the showers. Great pressure and temperature control along with space to move around. The grounds are beautiful! The reception was held adjacent to the hotel in an enclosed room that nicely accommodated the 60 guests. The staff is conscientious and friendly.

From start to finish our stay at the property was easy. We had parking and a key fob to come and go as we needed. The duplex itself was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids age 17, 12 and 11 and we all fit perfect. We arrived on a friday and took a swim in the property pool which was super relaxing. Saturday morning breakfast was included and it was a perfect French breakfast. My kids are picky and they were in love. We left early sunday and the property owner Sylvie was amazing enough to...
