We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). "Stayed here last minute before leaving Milan and so glad we did. In a quiet area of town, perfect for our family of 4 and easily accessible by highway. Rooms were super spacious for us, hotel was spotless, and the gym and breakfast areas were much better than expected. 5 stars all around!"

"Front staff are the worst. Ever and never seen in my life. Rude customer service and talking on their language and laughing at us we have disabled child and not even considered that and laughing at us. Worst people and worst service. Never and ever go back"
