「Breakfast was outstanding.everything about the stay was enjoyable」

「Le personnel est très accueillant et le souper était délicieux .」

「A great little hotel if you want to get some good rest while looking at the alps」

「The staff ia friendly and helpful」

「The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. 「Wonderful stay in Varzo! Lovely mother and daughter hosts. Delicious homemade breakfast and very comfortable room with a nice view. Right down the hill from San Domenico ski area with excellent scenic hiking. Would recommend Chalet Il Picchio to all!」

「Excellent」

「We loved our stay at Il Giardinetto. The hotel is beautiful and right on the lake. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We spent the night before at a hotel close to Milan airport, as we were arriving in the evening and worried about delays. Hotel Il Giardinetto arranged a car to come and pick us up...

「I loved the lakefront location and room with a view. Both the train station and bus stop are very convenient, my only disappointment was that boat service is suspended until April of 2027.」

「Camera caldissima prezzo elevato」

「Convenient, clean and modern」

「Fijne locatie.」

「The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...
