Outside maintenance needs to be greatly improved. Room maintenance needs a little attention. My room appeared clean and welcoming. There was moisture damage in the shower. My coffee maker was missing the filter cup but a visit to the front desk rectified that quickly. The television was too small ...

Did not bring pets or use gym. We did flip the fitted sheets which were wrong side up. Requested more hand towels since we only had one and bar soap. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Air conditioning was broken, no hot water, asked for a double and got a single because they booked all the doubles (not acceptable since I had three children in my room.
