We had the odd luxury of staying in every room due to an unexpected extension in Potenza and the warmth and kindness of the owners and the community surrounding them during our stay here exceeded any expectation. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly.
