"We arrived much later at night than expected and I was worried about the lack of 24 hour desk but we did get the lock box figured out (once you get the key, it's the entrance right next to the lock box, only a few staeps away) and finally got to our room. Without an elevator, the steps were hard on my not-so-great knee, but we made it to find a huge room for our family of four. It's more like an apartment. "I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Restaurant Schwyzerhuesli. I was in Viernheim to visit family and the hotel was very well situated for me to walk to family. The hotel was very clean and charming and the food at the restaurant was fantastic! My only negative comment is that I could easily hear people in the corridor and outside the hotel in the middle of the night. This didn't bother me much, as I could get back to sleep, but the noise did wake me. "

"We traveled as a family of four and expected to squeeze into something small. But we got a surprisingly spacious suite, nicely furnished and fully equipped. The reception is not manned around the clock. We arrived late in the evening and got in using a numeric code. That worked all right. Breakfast was fine. We only stayed one night, passing through. It was good value for the money."
