We have booked other appartment, however several hours before checkin hotel emailed us that they changed our appartment. New appartment was situated in a better place than booked one, it was really in the center of the city. (Of course for the same price) Rooms were clean, well equiped and comfortable. Early checkin was available. So the change was really good for us:) we are really satisfied and recommend this hotel

Wenn ich etwas Buche richte ich mich danach was in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft steht und erwarte das dann logischer Weise auch Vorort, denn ich habe schließlich dementsprechend auch Geld dafür bezahlt.Leider habe ich erst nach der Buchung mir das Haus über Google earth angesehen, das hätte ich vorher machen sollen. Denn was man da sieht ist immer noch der aktuelle Stand und so sieht es auch im Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus etc. aus !!!! Der Vermieter hat uns höflicher Weise aus seiner Sicht ein zwei Raum Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt zum selben Preis.Die Fotos dazu sind im Anhang. Es gab kein wie Angeboten freies W lan, da der Vermieter trotz telef. Zusage nicht auf die entsprechende Karte Geld eingezahlt hat. Somit hatte man auch kein Fernsehempfang, weil auch der Router nicht funktionierte.Der ganze Aufenthalt in diesem Haus spottet jeder Beschreibung.Im " Küchenbereich " fehlten die Abdeckungen von Abzweigdosen und von der Decke aus drohten Pilze oder ähnliches herab zu stürzen.Für meine Frau und mich stand fest hier droht elektrische Gefahr und Gesundheitsgefährdung von oben.Wir konnten somit keinen Gebrauch von diesem " Küchenbereich " machen und haben Expedia dies mitgeteilt,woraufhin Frau Witteker von Expedia uns aufforderte Fotos hierrüber einzureichen.Übrigens fehlte der auch der Fön und wir bekamen für die Dauer des Aufenhaltes 3 Handtücher, die Wohnung wurder in der Zeit nicht gereinigt und wir fanden auch keine Reinigunsgegenstände.Fazit : Nie wieder !

Good location, 5 minutes to train/tram/bus. Locals who spoke English were helpful. Wifi did not work and tv was broken but didn't dampen our spirits as we found the trains suitable to get around and sight see. We regret not arranging access prior to arrival and could not understand person on contact number. Met a man who assisted us by calling number provided and translating for us. Happy with the apartment beds, best on our European trip.

Anyway we can not get in touch. The response is not or very slow. we were about to become a dangerous camp. You need a way to use telephones and text messages in Vienna. We managed to get in touch using the WhatsApp. At last we met and were guided to a different apartment from the one we booked, and it was clean and comfortable near the ring. However, the kitchen does not have a ventilation fan, so you can not cook it. Some reason water collects in the floor of the bathroom. It was a stylish room on the whole. ... But I will not reserve it again.

Não consegui me hospedar. No email informava necessidade de avisar sobre horário de chegada apenas após meia noite. Chegamos as 18h. Ñ havia ninguém pra nós receber. Um frio de menos dois graus. O local ñ correspondia as fotos. Rua deserta, retorno do proprietário apenas 2h após o contato. Péssimo! Nos hospedamos em outro hotel!

War ganz in Ordnung! Hatte nur leider, anders als angegeben, keinen Kühlschrank! Dafür einen Balkon (der bei aktuellem Wetter als Kühlschrank ausreichte!) Möbel waren alle top! Der Fernsher auch neu, daher aber leider nicht installiert, also war kein Fernsehen möglich!

Original booking got cancelled 2 days before I arrived but my email said the owner would contact me about my replacement. I had to arrive on my check in date and call in order to find my replacement appartment. For someone who gets stressed easily this would have been an unpleasant state of affairs. It looked like I was the first to stay at the new appart-hotel. As such the TV was still in its box and not hooked up. The wi-fi available on and off. Evrything was new for the kitchen but a few things could be added like bread knife, cutting knife, can opener. It was close to a subway, clean. If you arrive late there is a light by the elevator so you can see the lock to get your key and open the door. The owner seems to want to do right by his clients but his english is basic. Hope this is just a case of opening setbacks.

L'appartement était très bien situé car 10-15 minutes de marche pour prendre le métro ou tram ou autobus. La bouffe des petits restaurants du quartier étaient très bonnes. À notre arrivée, quelqu'un devait venir nous rejoindre devant l'adresse indiquée. Après avoir attendu 30 minutes sans que personne ne se présente, nous avons réussi à téléphoner et parler à une dame qui nous a appris qu'elle avait envoyé un message sur WHATSAPP pour nous donner le code pour ouvrir la trappe sur le mur pour avoir accès à la clé et le no. de l'appartement. Mais nous venons d'un autre pays et si nous n'avons pas un téléphone intelligent durant notre voyage comment faisons-nous pour prendre le message de la propriétaire de l'appartement? Les draps étaient changés et nous avions des serviettes propres. Mais il n'y avait pas de cafetière ni four à micro ondes ou grille-pain. Pas de linge à vaisselle, ni torchon pour laver la vaisselle et l'essuyer. L'appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé ou si peu avec un coup de balai dans le centre sinon la poussière roulait sur tout , portes, meubles, coins des murs, calorifères depuis sûrement longtemps. Les parois de la douche n'avaient pas été lavées depuis très très longtemps aussi. Il y avait les housses sur les lits mais les douillettes pas très propres étaient chiffonnées dans le meuble garde-robe. Cet appartement aurait pu être intéressant par sa situation mais à cause du manque d'attention du propriétaire, je ne peux le conseiller à personne.

This property is located near a nice local restaurant with excellent staff and close to the U. The apartment was very clean , new and fresh. Obviously newly renovated. However still under construction and will be a great property when it’s completed. Shower door didn’t close missing a panel. Could benefit from pillows that have support. However I was enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness was the most important aspect for me. The three flights of stairs were challenging . But I was informed.
