Good location and nice hotel

The hotel was nice, not incredible but alright. The location was very good. I heard it will undergo renovations during 2014, thus it will be a better stay once it is practically brand new again. Would really recommend and would return once it is ready to go again.

Great Location

This hotel is in a great location, all within walking distance, for all the sights of Vienna. The reception staff were extremely helpful when it came to making travel arrangements on the train. The rooms were comfortable with all amenities you needed provided.

pensavo meglio

la camera era piuttosto confortevole ma il personale talvolta un pò maleducato. La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale e il bagno presentava degli orribili segni di muffa. Il primo giorno non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani mentre il sapone è stato messo solo dopo il secondo giorno. La cameriera al piano, il primo giorno, alle 9 di mattina è entrata in camera per fare le pulizie. Il condizionatore non si può spegnere. Il personale addetto ai bagagli alla reception è stato piuttosto maleducato lasciandoci ad aspettare la consegna delle nostre valige per 15 minuti senza poi scusarsi per averci fatto attendere tutto quel tempo senza motivo. A quel prezzo a Vienna ci sono alberghi decisamente migliori. Da NON consigliare

Шикарный отель

Отель расположен на Ринге, напротив Курсалона, в 5-10 минутах от всех достопримечательностей. Отель шикарный - дворцовые интерьеры, все очень качественное. Завтрак - роскошный.

一打開房門的時候，還以為飯店給錯我們房間了....以我們所付的價格，這間房間也太高級了吧?!我們住得非常舒適，服務人員也相當親切～～下回去維也納，這間飯店會是我的首選！！

快適な部屋

暖房がよく利き、広い部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。また朝食も伝統的な広間で楽しむことができました。しかしミニバーやコーヒーは次の日に追加がなされず、シャンプーも初日にはありませんでした。ハードに対してソフトが追い付いていない感がします。

Excellent hotel with double floor rooms

This hotel however was closed on 31st December 2013, has been bought by a different group and will not be reopened for two years while it undergoes considerable refurbishment..

Потрясающий отель

Шикарный отель, интерьеры в дворцовом стиле. В день нашего отъезда закрывался на реконструкцию на 2 года. Думаю, что новый Radisson будет потрясающим.

Tämä idyllinen ja kaunis SAS Radisson keski ikäisten matkaajien sopiva yöpaikka, kaikki lähellä Wien keskusta helppo matkustaa juna/ratikka menee oven edestä, suosittelen lämpimästi.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Dommage cependant que le jour de notre départ ait coincidé avec la fermeture définitive de cet hôtel sous la bannière Radisson avec mise à pied du personnel immédiat à partir de midi avant achat par un autre groupe hôtelier !!

Hôtel très agréable

Personnel prévenant, excellent emplacement, belle architecture, beaux volumes intérieurs, cet hôtel il mériterait une décoration dans l'esprit des lieux plus à la hauteur de son potentiel, notamment de tout le rdc. Adresse très recommandable.

Hotel di fascino d'altri tempi

Note positive: Hotel centrale, ben servito da mezzi pubblici (Tram nr.2 fermata di fronte all'Hotel, fermata Metro a 100 mt. nello Stadtpark sempre di fronte all'hotel). Splendido edificio d'epoca. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione nè di buffet o ristorante. Note negative: Purtroppo le camere a noi assegnate al settimo piano (3) non erano all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle.(moquette consumate, tendaggi datati e polverosi, carta da parati che si staccava dal muro, frigo bar quasi vuoti) Bagni : abbiamo dovuto richiedere + volte il sapone, dalla doccia di una camera (nr.732), che a nostro avviso sembrava usata solo in casi eccezionali, uscivano rivoli verdi, tipo "alghe". Vorremmo capire, se in questo caso, ad Expedia siano state assegnate solo camere di scarso livello.

Niet eten of drinken!

Eten en drinken is hier heel slecht! Eindeloze wachttijd voor een drankje. Jus d orange uit pak bij een ontbijt van 28 euro pp. Diner kwalitatief slecht, maar wel prijzen op niveau. Prima centrale plek om te overnachten, hoewel inventaris oud, en dringend aan vervanging toe.

Great location friendly staff

Hotel staff were friendly and breakfasts were good with an excellent range of dishes. Hotel was well situated on the Ringstrasse so we could walk to many attractions. Our room was a bit stuffy and overheated ; difficult to cool down as heating was on full all the time. The room had half windows with no view we could only look down inside the hotel, but it was comfortable and well equipped. On Christmas day the room did not get made up, but as we checked out next day, this was not a big issue.

Careful with the breakfast option

I book the hotel for its price compared to the other hotels in this area. (By the way location of the hotel is good. it is between CAT train and stephanplatz so it is easy when you are using train from airport to city, much easier if you use austrian airlines with city check in) Anyway, the room is small, old and not very clean if you compare other radisson hotels. When I say old, not historically old, used and deformed way. However, the staff is very warm and helpful, they are the best thing about the hotel, but like everone else is saying HOTEL NEEDS RENOVATİON :) Be careful when you compare the prices some options include breakfast some dont.

Albergo 5 stelle a due passi dal centro

Monumenti imperiali affascinanti....ma quel poco di turisti che ho visto sono attratti dalla favola della principessa sisi. La notte per chi vuole divertirsi......c'è il coprifuoco....non ho incontrato turisti russi, americani, giapponesi o scandinavi....(?) Per quanto riguarda l' hotel un paio di stelle le son cadute ....dal cielo..! Lasciamo stare che sono stati sgarbati con gli adulti....ma è la prima volta che ho avuto problemi a farmi riscaldare il biberon della bimba! (:-( senza cuore! Spero solo che non si comportino con tutti gli italiani così male....altrimenti camperanno con i soli turisti germanici.

Komfortable senger

Vi var svært kritiske ved vårt foriige besøk. Nå var alle problemene borte, og vi hadde et flott opphold i Wien. Særlig imponert var vi av en ansatt i resepsjonen som skaffet oss billetter til Musikverein. Hun håndterte telefon, programm, billettkjøp og Internett samtidig med at hun bestilte billetter via vårt kredittkort. Profesjonelt! Hotellet stenger ved nyttår for nødvendig oppgradering, og vi regner med at det blir enda bedre etter gjenåpning.
