飯店服務不錯, 大廳有提供免費的檸檬水 但是缺點是飯店門口沒有無障礙設施, 對於拖行李或是行動不便者不方便 房間燈光有點昏暗

Das Zimmer Quiet City View ist nur bei geschlossenem Fenster wirklich ruhig! Insgesamt aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr gute City-Lage in einem interessanten Stadtteil.

The location, breakfast, and service staff were all good. The front desk staff and gym were bad. The front desk staff are RUDE. The card they hand out with the key says check out is at 12 pm in English but 11 am in German. I brought it up and said, I think 12 should be honoured. They didn't like it and told me to just leave at 11. At some point during my stay I called and asked for an extra tower, the guy on the phone said 'come downstairs and get it' Ok... Gym weights are too light and it gets way too hot in there.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Preis passt, auch wegen der Größe des Zimmers. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Area was super convenient. There is a bar on the corner of the block where people stand outside and seem to yell all night. The bar apparently stays open until 6AM. The hotel was lovely and clean and I can’t blame them for a local business with noisy customers. Just something to think about if you stay here. Also, I did pick this place because it had air conditioning yet once I got there they had shut it off for the winter so I had to deal with their idea of a comfortable room temp. Had to open the windows to cool the room and then the bar yelling customers were even louder. Needless to say, if you’re used to air conditioning in your hotel rooms and it’s not summertime (we stayed at the beginning of November) you are in for a disappointment with that. Overall, I loved the location, the room was very clean, staff were all pleasant and it wasn’t crazy expensive so I’d definitely stay here again.

Did not live up to our expectations
The location of the property is excellent being near U and also walking distance to many attractions. Staff generally helpful. However, the hotel rooms and corridors are in desperate need of an upgrade. We chose K&K because we had stayed a few years back at both Vienna & Budapest. The standard was much higher then so our stay this time was somewhat disappointing. Also we were there for Christmas but not much Christmas spirit was in evidence, perhaps a complimentary drink/snack would have been very welcome.
