Unkompliziertes ein und aus checken und der Preis das wars aber schon mit den positiven Sachen. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer kalt die Vorhänge stehen von alleine vor Schmutz der Fernseher funktioniert nicht das Wasser in der Dusche rinnt nicht ordentlich ab ein riesengroßes Spinnennetz im Bad. In der Nacht von Freitag auf Samstag hört man die Musik von der Bar In Summe ziemlich heruntergekommenes Hotel.

Leider entspricht die Beschreibung und die Bilder auf der Homepage nicht der Realität. Im Zimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen und die Abflüsse im Badezimmer haben auch nicht funktioniert.

Small hotel,with dicent full board service which is not often offer in Vienna hotel service. There is free parking in front of hotel and tram station is near of it. The metro station is not to far away if you take a tram to it. Hotel staff wasn't have any undestainding for our need to have late check out!

Clean but dated-Ok

It was very hard to find a hotel in Vienna at the time we booked this hotel. So we took our chances and stayed here despite the low ratings. The staff were very friendly, however, the place is just very old and dated. Chipped paint, old furnishings. Yes, it is old but I felt they could have fixed some minor easy fixes such as a disconnected water hose laying on the front terrace and patio umbrellas blown down but not picked up, dead plants in pots, etc. You can see very little effort goes into any presentation of the facility. The rave reviews about the breakfast confused me a bit. I just didn't think it was very appealing or tasty. The night before we were thinking the breakfast was going to make up for the disappointing condition of the room. It was the usual-rolls, minimal choice of cold cuts, fried eggs, cereals, juice, and coffees Anyway, it sufficed for a night. Had the price not been so expensive and more appropriate, I might have felt a little bit better about staying here.

Sportliche Extras; gute Anbindung an ÖPNV

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freie Eintritt ins Fitness Studio gegenüber! Die größte Kletterhalle Wiens ist auch direkt gegenüber, allerdings nicht unentgeltlich. Haltestellen für S-Bahn und Straßenbahn quasi vor der Haustür.

Von den Zimmer nix erwarten - Restaurant aber top!

Unser 2.Aufenthalt in dem Hotel ein Jahr später. Wir haben einmal im Jahr eine Veranstaltung fussläufig in der Nähe und von daher ist dieses Hotel unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind noch ganz genauso mies wie im letzten Jahr, nur dieses Mal wussten wir ja worauf wir uns einlassen und darum war das kein Problem. Was ich nicht versteh, wenn man sowieso schon nicht den höchsten Standard hat, kann man dann nicht wenigstens die Gardinen nicht halb runter baumeln lassen? das sind die einfachsten Sachen, springen aber sofort ins Auge. Vom Schliessystem der Gästezimmer in diesem Hotel will ich lieber garnicht erst reden. Was spitzenmäßig war und auch immer noch ist - das Restaurant. Super lecker und große Portionen. Einziges Manko dahingehend: Im letzten Jahr hat uns der nette Nachtportier noch irgendwas zu essen gemacht (4 Uhr früh!!), dieses Jahr war der Herr eher unfreundlich und direkt beleidigt das wir da noch auftauchen und noch was zu trinken und womöglich einen Snack haben wollen.

Das Hotel war enttäuschend,laut und abgewohnt

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße mit Ampeln und Straßenbahn. Mein Zimmer lag zwar seitlich, war aber trotzdem sehr laut. Die Einrichtung war einfach bzw. abgewohnt. Es befand sich zwar ein Fernseher im Zimmer, aber ohne Anschluss. Laut Auskunft.an der Rezeption wurde mir erklärt, dass eine Umstellung von analog auf digital erfolgt und noch nicht alle Zimmer angeschlossen sind. Dies in einem unhöflichen Ton. Das Bett war total hart. Beim näheren Hinsehen habe ich festgestellt, dass es keinen Lattenrost gab, sondern, wie früher, nur ein Brett und darauf eine dünne Matratze . Beim Versuch den Vorhang beim Fenster zurückzuziehen fiel dieser halb runter. Am nächsten Tag erhielt ich aufgrund meiner Beschwerden ein anderes Zimmer, Dieses hatte zwar einen Fernseher, aber die Fernbedienung ging nicht. Das Bett war etwas weicher. Die Möbel waren alt und teilweise kaputt. Im Badezimmer war der Heizkörper total verstaubt. Wie dieses Hotel drei Sterne hat ist mir unbegreiflich.

Vorhof zur Hölle

Schon beim Eintreffen im Hotel die erste Überraschung - Vorkasse. Klar, wenn man - wie das Personal - schon weiss, was später noch auf einen zukommt - ist gleich kassieren angesagt. Wir hatten Zimmer 15 - ein Dreibettzimmmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett. Schon beim Eintreten fiel der nasse Teppich auf. Das Wasser trat aus der defekten Klimaanlage über der Tür aus. Dies seit längerer Zeit, da die Verkleidung aus Holz bereits desolat war. Weiters lag der dumpfe Duft schimmeliger Wände in der Luft. Die Zimmereinrichtung kann man nur als völlig verranzt bezeichnen. Im Bad klemmte gleich mal die Toilettenspülung. Der Brauseschlauch spritzte. Der Abflußstoppel ließ sich nicht enfernen - dies gelang erst mit einem dafür adaptierten Kleiderbügel. Die Sauberkeit war gar nicht gegeben. Völlig verdreckte Entlüftung im Bad. Man möchte gar nichts angreifen in diesem Schuppen. Da das Türschloss nicht funktionierte wurde einfach ein Metallriegel montiert. Das zeigt, wie hier gearbeitet wird. Das Personal zeigte sich ob meiner Beschwerde desinteressiert. Ich solle den Chef anrufen wurde mir beschieden und eine Visitenkarte übergeben. Dieser Chef zieht aus einer Ruine das letzte Geld raus. Das war die schlechteste Hotelerfahrung ever.

There were no pool, climbing wall or fitness. We had på pay 11 Euro (for me and my 2 kids) if we wanted to use the poolarea on the opposite of the road. The climbing wall and fitness should we also pay for. The aircondition was not in order, it worked but there came Water down the wall every day. There was only one staffperson WHO was able to speak at Little English. In the room there was at piece of information where it said, that pool, fitness and climbing wall was free. The manager did not care at all. They still uses Pictures and information about facilities that are not there.

pro: das vielfältige Frühstück con: Aus dem Wasserhahn unseres 3-Bett Zimmer, kam nur kaltes Wasser. Auf die Bitte nach einem Zimmertausch hieß es, das Hotel sei voll und es sei nicht möglich zu tauschen. Das Einzelbett war zusätzlich sehr unangenehm zum Schlafen. Erst nach 2 Übernachtungen war es möglich das Zimmer zu tauschen. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Sehr entäuschend.

Sehr positiv fanden wir, dass wir mit Hund anreisen konnten und dass genau gegenüber ein Hundepark war. Auch das Pwersonal ging sehr nett auf unseren jungen Hund ein. Leider wurde nicht täglich das Zimmer gesaugt. Ansonsten ist es schön und auch das Bad sehr sauber. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal mit Hund in Wien sind.

This hotel has too many stars

This hotel is low budget. If you don't expect much, you are not too disappointed. Hotel is 45 min from city center, commuting is rather smooth. We rented a car to go around. Big mistake. Going outside Vienna is only reason for car. Bridges are under massive repairs, so you cant go anywhere without being stuck. Hotel itself: room lights (table lamps worked anyway); busted. tv: busted. toilet seat: sounds like wasp was stuck inside, sometimes leaks. moves if you lean to it. Floor: so dirty we used shoes indoor all the time. A place to sleep.

Elendigt hotel, kan ikke anbefales. Det er noget gammelt l..., møg beskidt, personalet var flinke, ikke noget at udsætte på dem. Morgenmad var med i opholdet, damen lavede æg efter bestilling, det var ok. Til prisen, også selv om man bare skal have et sted at sove, vil jeg vælge et andet hotel.9

Výhled z okna do dvora, kde bylo něco jako skládka, stejně tak na protilehlých balkonech. V koupelně vlasy od předchozích návštěvníků, dlouho nepraný závěs ve sprchovém koutě. Malá, téměř nechladící lednička. Příště určitě jiný hotel.
