Komplett fehlende Kommunikation. Keine Reaktion auf Anrufe oder Emails, daher war es extrem schwierig an die Schlüssel zum Appartement zu kommen. Der Sicherheitscode wurde nicht zugesendet.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Die Wohnung war nicht wie die Bilder, 4 Personen mussten im ersten Raum von 5m2 bleiben, die Küche war 2m2, leider gab es nicht einmal einen Tisch und Stuhl, sie haben keine Lösungen angeboten. Das Zimmer und die Bäder waren nicht sehr sauber, Haare und Staub flogen überall herum. Sie geben keine Informationen, ohne dass man danach fragt, zum Beispiel Wi-Fi oder Heizung. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.
