Here are the elements that we did not like:
- The chain to lock the door was broken before we even checked in
- Nobody wanted to lead us to the ironing room - When we went to the reception to ask, the employees just gave us the instructions without leading us - We had to spend 15mins to find it
- The QR code for the minibar was hidden - The instructions were not clear, so we were charged over €50.
- When we went to get the breakfast, the lady did not tell us the price and told us to just come in - Therefore, €56 were spent.
- On our last day, there was a sign on our door that said “Do not disturb” - However, it was not us who put that sign - Someone put it there and therefore, the room was dirty when we came back. we had to call reception to ask them to send someone to clean.
