Overall great value, good location (albeit lacks food options) but close to belvedere garden, the basic room lacks any type of view but good size and cleanliness. Overall great option especially if you are going to take the train since it's quite close to the train station and also downtown.

It was a great staying, the room was so big and clean. Would love that as a courtesy would be at least 1 bottle of water. The breakfast was really good! The personnel so efficient. I really like this hotel. I would definitely come back! It was very convient to walk from there to the main touristic attractions or even go to a supermarket or have breakfast outside.

Lovely big room great balcony and facilities, only downside is that there is only an ironing room you can’t get tour own iron and ironing board. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were dry and inedible and sausages looked awful and just boiled. Everything else on buffet was good with nice fresh fruit. Bar was good and staff looked after us very well. Ate one night and was not too bad. Great location not too far to walk to centre.

It’s close to a Lidl and Burger King. The bus stop from 71E is a 3 min walk to Vienna town centre. The hotel is 20 min walk from opera house but a 3 min walk to Belvedere palace museum. So overall good location and good for runners

Great location, excellent rooms and amenities. Front desk staff were very helpful, with a special mention of Kimberly who addressed all our requests and answered all the questions. The only disappointment was the housekeeping staff who could have done their job better.

Here are the elements that we did not like: - The chain to lock the door was broken before we even checked in - Nobody wanted to lead us to the ironing room - When we went to the reception to ask, the employees just gave us the instructions without leading us - We had to spend 15mins to find it - The QR code for the minibar was hidden - The instructions were not clear, so we were charged over €50. - When we went to get the breakfast, the lady did not tell us the price and told us to just come in - Therefore, €56 were spent. - On our last day, there was a sign on our door that said “Do not disturb” - However, it was not us who put that sign - Someone put it there and therefore, the room was dirty when we came back. we had to call reception to ask them to send someone to clean.

Das Hotel an sich und der Aufenthalt hätte klitzekleine Anmerkungen verdient, aber das Gesamturteil ist einfach nur lobenswert. Das Personal (der Großteil), die Lage und die Annehmlichkeiten haben uns den Aufenthalt zu einer tollen Erfahrung gemacht. Wir sind viel in Hotels unterwegs, ich habe mal Hotelfachmann gelernt und achten auch auf Kleinigkeiten. Die sind für aber völlig irrelevant, wenn das Drumherum passt. Besten Dank an das Rezeptionsteam und den netten jungen Mann, der die Omelettes auf Nachfrage so gemacht hat, "wie er sie am liebsten mag". Genauso waren sie perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank für ein wunderschönes Wochenende. (Room 722)
