"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the room, especially the ceiling fan. The hotel is in a very busy market street with fantastic street food. Unfortunately the market continues well into the small hours of the night and there was a nightclub next door that didn’t close until 2am. It was very hard to get to sleep through the loud music. If you struggle with sleep this might not be the best hotel for you. "

"I have no Idea how this hotel got 3 star ratings, room is moulded, damped, bed and blanket is got spot and durty blanket and street level breakfast. no tissu even in toilet. I have to asked for tissue but they said they are not providing any tissue. even no water with the breakfast. in my 2 night stay never seen they cleaning any parts of the hotel.

"The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page.
The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "

"Very bad experience ever. The rooms are not cleaned. People are not good. The most unpleasant things happened when the people from the Bar are occupying all the hotel premises and behaving very bad to others. Not safe for the family at all. Please don't consider it if you really care about your family and friend. I had to leave at midnight (I checked in around 10 pm and had to check out at 12:30 Am). Poor "
