The hotel was excellent in every way! The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, the bed was super comfortable, great value & in a great location. Close to the interstate, near gas stations, and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area!

Service was top of the list of assets. check n was easy and quick. The desk clerk was courteous and efficient. The room was convenient and the ground floor as request. The room wasn't exactly as reserved but unlike Motel 6 there was no up charge for their mistake/error! The room has excellent amenities. There was a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, good tv with good programing. I did off some suggestions to enhance safety and aesthetics. The suggestions were gratefully accepted. All in all when traveling through Victorville and needing a room, Hotel Avenida will be my choice for a stay. On a side note, there was a nice cafe next door for a great breakfast. Good food, reasonable prices, and agin excellent service. My rating is a 10 of 10, 5 of 5, 100 of 100 whatever the scale used.

The room was clean and ready upon check in. All our needs were met swiftly and with a genuine smile. It is always our preference to support local independent business operators. They really care about their customers. This was no exception! The independent cafe next door was also excellent in price, service and quality food. The two really compliment each other in creating an excellent and affordable stay. We will happily return on our next road trip.

Pros: -easy to find -neighborhood seemed quiet. -staff seemed polite. -room had been updated -room was clean and comfortable. Cons: I was only able to access the free WiFi for 2 of the 4 days I was at the hotel. The remote control in the room didn’t work; I was given a different remote, but that one would only respond if you were standing 2-3 feet in front of the TV. I was asked to review the “free breakfast” at the hotel, but I was never offered breakfast or any information about breakfast. No housekeeping during my stay.

AC was awesome. Beds INCREDIBLY COMFY! QUIET, WELL LIT OUTSIDE AND LOCATED IN AN AREA THAT IS CKOSE TO EVERYTHING WITHOUT THE TRAFFIC! IVE STAYED HERE AT LEAST 20 TIMES DEFINITELY MY GO TO FOR THE COMFORT AND AFFORDABILITY. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
