" cleaning in the room not perfect, only chair in the room a lounge chair was wet with water or pet urine stains. useless and there were stains in the bathroom as well."

"Breakfast fresh staff friendly and helpful. Might suggest that bread is labeled as whole wheat bread looked the same as white bread so I asked about it. Was surprised that no one checked on our room. Room outstanding"

"The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room."

"No breakfast, old tired worn-out room with old dirt-stained furniture. Carpet felt dirty underfoot. Bathroom fixtures were way outdated (shower in a tub with a nasty old shower curtain). Window in the room looked like it has never been cleaned. The window was exceptionally dirty. No amenities to speak of. Overpriced for the money in my opinion. Insufficient onsite parking. I had to park overnight in a parking lot at an adjacent shopping center. Very inconvenient. Employees were friendly enough and the bedsheets appeared clean. Bummer stay overall. Two stars seems about right. Hilton can do much better than this."

"Checking in attendant had a bad attitude. I asked for a pet free room since i have major allergies. I was told the whole place was pet friendly. Going to the room, we smelled cigarette smoke. I had to wear a mask. My grandson was affected by the room also and he has no allergies. Heard highway traffic all night along with other people using tv. Seems to have really thin walls. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or stay again. Check out attendant was very nice."
