"This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. "Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but ..."
