「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Fantastic apt style hotel with valet parking just outside most loud shopping streets, under 10min walk to the arena di Verona, right in front of castle museum. Definitely a considerable place where you can cook and relax in a small common area in each apartment. Super new everything, clean, neat. 5 star. 」

「It was a surprise for me that the apartment was exactly what was presented on pictures and description. Host, Cris contacted me two days before my stay making sure that we get all the important information about the nearest parking, and how to get and find properly. He was very professional and made sure that we felt welcome. He provided us with a list of recommended places and restaurants. 「Suites San Leonardo are in a great location, just a short walk to the city center, with the added bonus of safe parking only half a block away. The property is very clean and well kept. While staff is not available 24hrs a day, communication is vey clear which made everything smooth and easy.」
