Unpretentious and charming place in Vicenza

A simpke hotel but very comfortable with large room. Friendly staff. The only weak point is that the hotel is a bit far away by walk. But regular busses commute to the historical centre. Highly recommended!

hôtel La Terrazza : j’y retournerai sans hésiter

Nous avons été accueillis par une équipe formée de personnes charmantes, disponibles. L’hôtel est d’une grande propreté qu’il s’agisse des parties communes ou de la chambre. Linge changé chaque jour, connexion wi-fi gratuite, petit supplément de 4 euros pour le petit déjeuner du matin. Cet hôtel se situe à l’ouest de la ville de Vincenzo, à 20mn de marche du centre historique (environ 1,5 km). Une ligne de bus passe à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. J’y retournerai assurément à mon prochain voyage en Vénétie.

Very nice stay

Hotel was nice and clean, lovely and helpfull staff. Parking space just next to the hotel in a small street. Breakfast was definitely worth the extra EUR 3.-/person we paid. Nice restaurant at walking distance.

Si pernottava una sola notte. Ottimo l'arredo camera, la disponibilità e cortesia del personale. A pochi passi altrettanto ottima trattoria con piatti della gastronomia tipica vicentina e veneta in generale.

Un buon soggiorno

L'hotel è in zona tranquilla e comodo per raggiungere il centro (9-10 minuti di autobus per arrivare in Stazione o a P.zzadel Castello), la fermata del bus è vicina. I gestori sono cordiali e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Buona scelta per la colazione a buffet.

appena arrivato mi hanno proposto di non fare fattura e così mi avrebbero fatto risparmiare 2€ di tassa di soggiorno!. Ho rifiutato. La fattura poi riportava la dicitura "Corrispettivo pagato 0" e "corrispettivo non pagato con l'importo corretto" C' era poi timbro con scritto "pagato". A richiesta di chiarimenti ho avuto solo la risposta che tutte le fatture erano così. L'hotel, da quel che ho capito, ha 18 camere, ma i posti auto nel parcheggio sono solo 4. I letti avevano un pesante piumino senza alternative: o sudare sotto il piumino o restare scoperti al freddo.
