"Very unhappy with the communication from this place! We missed one night because how this place operates! First you get a message after you book that everything is set and you good to go. Them when you get there on the site said you have until 19:00 to check in, when you get there no one was there and didn’t answered the phone and plus the address on the reservation it’s completely different from the actual place! Terrible experience! "

"O apartamento é bom, o contato com o administrador excelente, porém algumas coisas tem que ser consideradas: tive que falar de dois problemas de manutenção (ar condicionado, que não funcionava mais do que 3 horas direto, e a porta, que não se trancava automaticamente - acredito que o administrador resolva logo esses problemas; k maior desconforto para mim foi o fato do bloco ser o penúltimo, levando 1km com várias subidas para se chegar a pé. Pedir uver também é bem complicado, pois não pega bem...

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! keep in mind this is not a regular hotel. If reservation is made with hotels.com or similar you have to call and go through another check in process online which makes it very inconvenient after long flight. Additionally the place is filthy!!! as I walked in I encountered roaches, the linen on the bed is only a sheet and another to cover yourself and they are super dirty. The furniture you don't want to use with stains of food, the towels are dirty, the chairs broke...
