une belle région à découvrir

cet hôtel mériterait mieux mais je pense que c'est lié à un manque de personnel, celui aurait besoin d'un renouvellement concernant le mobilier ainsi que les moquettes .Par contre au niveau des repas et du service il n'y a rien à dire . Néanmoins notre séjour à été agréable

Halte sympathique

Bon petit Hôtel, parfait pour une halte d'une nuit comme celle que nous avons passé. Chambres Propres avec TV et restaurant sur place. La carte est simple et faite de produit locaux frais. Le prix du menu, entrée, plat, désert pour 26€ est plus que convenable. Le personnel était sympathique mais totalement débordé lors du service du soir. Ce n'est peut être que temporaire. Halte sympathique a proximité des sommets du Cantal

Propreté superficielle des locaux Mobilier d'un autre temps Literie inconfortable Ecairage de la chambre: 1 lampe sur 2 fonctionne La tv fonctionne de façon aleatoire Salle de bain:Minuscule, évier bouché, pas de pression à la douche et pommeau de douche entartré. Installation électrique à revoir ( précurseur de sécurité : prise electrique à 2 cm de l'interrupteur ) Restaurant : vue panomarique caché par la decoration de la salle, elle même d'un autre temps ; l'incoherence du service ( dressage des tables pour le lendemain alors que lon attend nos desserts ; qui avaient été oublié, pour le coup). Le tournedos à 28 euros qui est indigne du prix du plat( viande coriace et nerveuse). La carte propose des boissons qui ne peuvent servi, cause rupture de stock ou manque de formation du personnel( proposer du whisky bas de gamme pour remplacer un haut de gamme) Le prix: annoncé 92€sur internet , taxes de sjour inclus, demandé 95, 70€ ( 93€ chambre+ taxes de sejour). Pour finir, nous trouvons que la facture totale, tant l'hôtel que le restaurant, n'est pas en rapport avec le service

Une nuit suffit

A notre arrivée, la réceptionniste n’avait pas connaissance de notre réservation. Quant à la chambre, le chauffage n’etait pas allumé avant notre arrivée, il faisait très froid dans la chambre (séjour en février). Nous avons également retrouvé plusieurs poils dans la baignoire qui par dessus tout fuyait. Au delà de ça, le matelas à ressors n’était pas très confortable. Heureusement que nous sommes resté qu’une nuit. Le petit déjeuner est correct, avec des produits de la région.

Hotel bel horizon

Accueuil vraiment pas chaleureux voir désagréable. La chambre est tres sombre,la tele ne fonctionne pas, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas,,manque de propreté,vue sur la gare.. nous avons ete tres déçu de l'hôtel. En revanche le restaurant est excellent il n'y a rien à redire

A notre arrivé , on nous donne la clé, on nous informe qu'il y a un ascenseur jusqu'au 2ème étage, après c'est les escaliers,puis on se débrouille pour trouver la chambre. On nous informe qu'il faut laisser la clé de notre chambre "pour faire le ménage vers 11h", alors que je suis arrivé le soir, on nous à exiger de laisser la clé ( pas top). La chambre est pas nickel pour un trois étoile bof, le volet ne ferme pas, la télé ne fonctionné pas il manquait un câble donc on doit faire une demande dès qu'on s'installe. La wifi est payante dans la chambre, alors que sur le site il est dit gratuit. La chambre était vieillotte loin de ressembler à celle du site. Le ménage est très approximatif (des poils dans la douche, aspirateur non passé il y avait les même poussières); La douche est un coup froid un coup chaud, pas agréable du tout. La facture était plus chère que par expédia, soit disant que des taxes étaient pas comptées.

escapade dans le Cantal

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, l'hôtel est retiré du centre , mais à pied est à 5mn.L'hôtel met à disposition toute la documentation pour notre séjour.L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée. La salle du restaurant est très coquette chaque table fleurie. La salle du petit déj est séparée, buffet à volonté. Seul bémol pour nous, service au restaurant trop long, 45mn d'attente!! parking privé , sinon possibilité de se garer devant.

Hotel a recommander pour son accueil et piscine

Acceuil plus qu'agréable. Staff aimable et aidant (des stagiaires au la personne qui m'a aidé avec ma valise, sans oublier le papy et mamie proprios) La chambre est sympa, lit confortable. La piscine est agréable. Bon repas et bon service. De là, la source est à 2 pas, et la rando pas de cère est à 20 mins à pied.
