" I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Royal. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exceptional. I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile by Dimitri, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my stay. The combination of warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and beautiful accommodations made this a memorable experience in Geneva. "We had a fantastic stay in Geneva. The location was perfect for our short visit—just steps from the train station, only 7 minutes from the airport, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and an ideal base for seeing the best of Geneva."

"Fabulous hotel! Easy walk across street to airport terminal. Hotel is much more beautiful inside than expected, and the lounge and bar/restaurant area are quite nice. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"Staff at reception were excellent and put all our family members on the same floor. Hotel is conveniently located close to the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport was prompt and timely. The only drawback is that you have to pay for parking."
