"Lovely setting and beautiful place for dinner outside on the bridge Interesting menu and Helpful staff Some of the infrastructure needs upgrading - especially residential areas and the pool / spa areas The restaurant and reception area were much better"

"Cute but spacious cabins with views of the lake. Helpful and friendly staff. Limited restaurant menu as it was low season but excellent cooking and generous portions. Great breakfast buffet. "

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "We loved it! The street in front of the hotel was blocked for a village festival, so the staff carried our luggage 100 meters to the hotel. The menu for the night was hamburgers; as Americans we know hamburgers, and this was one of the vest we've had! The breakfast has all local products and was great -- a good value at 14 euros. Highly recommended!"

"Ok, for what you went to do!"

"Property has seen better days . Needs more staff but those there were v friendly and helpful. Good location"

"Excellent stay and excellent restaurant. In a quaint town, but we’ll worth the drive. We had a wonderful time."

"Excellent séjour. Vous ne sera pas déçu. Génial."

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"Idyllic setting with wonderful views down across the valley to Aurillac. Very welcoming and a most enjoyable stay. Our host provided us with a delicious cold platter, as she was not cooking the night of our stay. Lovely to sample the local meats and cheeses. Would definitely like to return and explore the area."

"Staff was do kind and very professional Definitely recommend if you stay in laguiole Love it"

"Accueil très chaleureux. Très à l'écoute des besoins et des demandes des clients. Établissement très propre. "

"La habitación estaba limpia, buen mobiliario. La Sra. Que atendía era muy atenta y paciente. No nos gustó que el baño fuese compartido y que nos solicitaran quitarnos los zapatos para el ingreso. La cena estuvo muy bien."
