My trip was a fleeting overnight with an early departure next morning. Staff were very friendly. The room very clean and the bed comfortable. The surrounding were quiet but the hotel was in a good location, although Vevey was quiet as a whole during my brief visit. I didnt get to try the food as i left too early for breakfast When i checked in the restaurant appeared to be busy with what appeared to be locals ... which says to be it has to be good.

Area is extremely convenient and room is spacious even though bathroom model is more dated. But window and Juliet balcony in bathroom make it cheerful in sun. Not too many vegan options in Vevey though but good and varied stores around. Check in was very good. Television didn’t seem to work. Overall, a very good stay.

Sehr nette Begrüssung und Beratung an der Reception. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral von der SBB Station, sowie auch an die Seepromenade, und Sopping alles in weniger als 5min. zu erreichen.

De ligging van het hotel was top en de eerste indruk was zeker ok. Het restaurant was ook mlooi ingericht. De kamers zijn helaas verouderd maar het grootste probleem was het gebrek aan airco.

No frills 3* Hotel right in the middle of Vevey so only a few minutes walk from the station. Nothing fancy but rare to find somewhere so acceptable in Switzerland for 130 Chfs…

Die Unterkunft ist gut und sauber. Leider hatten wir eim Check in ein falsches Zimmer bekommen (2 mal Doppelzimmer gebucht) nur 1 Doppelzimmer 1 Einzelzimmer erhalten, jedoch konnten wir diesen Fehler unkompliziert beheben! Frühstück ist gut.

Familiäres Hotel in der Altstadt
Hübsches Hotel, Zimmer nicht mehr ganz neu, aber Alles tadellos sauber! Sehr netter Empfang, leider bringt die Pandemie viele Einschränkungen (Restaurant im Hotel nur eingeschränkt geöffnet, Frühstück nicht möglich), was aber die Qualität des Übernachtung an sich nicht schmälert.

Top für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Das Hotel ist top gelegen, Nähe Seepromenade, Altstadt (flanieren, einkaufen) und Bahnhof. Zimmer, Komfort und Sauberkeit entsprachen dem, was man bei dem günstigen Preis erwarten darf. Das Museum "Alimentarium" am See unten ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotel très bien place
Hotel idéalement place et personnel accueillant, la possibilité de quitte la chambre un peu plus tard que 11h puisque le planning le permettait a gentiment été donne. Chambre et salle de bain au confort plutôt très simple, mais propre .Bref tout petit séjour agréable

スタッフがカウンターにいないのと、アーリーチェックアウトすると言っていたのにスタッフがいなかった。私だけでなく他のゲストも怒っていた。

Estancia en Les Negociants
El Hotel, en términos generales bien. Muy limpio y en una ciudad preciosa. El problema vino con el desayuno. Personal colapsado con 5 mesas, y muy poca variedad de productos (El primer hotel en el que el cliente se tiene que hervir él mismo un huevo). La segunda mañana optamos por desayunar fuera, pero igualmente nos lo cobraron. Al reclamarlo, de mala gana nos lo devolvieron (argumentando que nosotros les teníamos que haber avisado de que no nos lo cobraran¿?). Además, tampoco dieron opción a pagar una parte de la factura en metálico y otra con tarjeta (Para no tener que cambiar francos después), argumentando que "No les iba bien".. pues mire Ud... "a nosotros tampoco..". Vimos poca servitud y profesionalidad en la persona que gestionó el checkout. Tampoco fue capaz de ingresarnos el importe cobrado de más, obligándonosa cambiar aún más importe en metálico. Una pena.. aun esperamos las disculpas..
