Séjour très agréable avec un personnel discret et présent Le lieu est très agréable, calme et soigné Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, il y a beaucoup de documentation sur place pour les visites à faire et une très bonne connaissance des jardins ainsi que de l’art contemporain du domaine de Chaumont sur Loire.

Très agréable séjour dans un tres bel hôtel

Hôtel magnifique avec une vue sur la campagne environnante et un grand parc, de grands arbres et de l’espace. La décoration est soignée et se marie avec l’architecture de ce château à taille humaine. L’accueil est très agréable Et discret. C’est calme, reposant et les propriétaires ont su préserver un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Nous ne devions rester qu’une nuit en transit mais avons décidé de rester une nuit de plus. N’eussent été les obligations professionnelles, nous serions bien restés encore profiter du parc et de l’hôtel.

Lieux assez magique dans un château et son parc.Le petit déjeuner sur le perron du château est assez génial (avec de plus du très bon pain frais).Parfait pour une halte et pour profiter de la proximité des châteaux de la Loire (Chaumont et ses jardins sont à 2 pas). Bref , que du bon. J'ai juste été surpris de l'absence de TV dans la chambre (perso ne nous a pas manqué mais bon à savoir ) vu le classement en 3 étoiles. A notre l'accueil très sympathique et plein de bons conseils. On est très loin des chaines hôtelières et c’est ce que l'on cherche pour les vacances!

Lovely Château hotel near Chaumont

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds full of autumn crocuses. Room was small but had a super view. Not that many places to eat nearby but the breakfast was excellent. We were on bikes and bike storage was secure. Plenty of parking for cars. 5km from Chaumont. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet setting in the Loire Valley

We'd been traveling around various cities of France and decided while seeing the Loire Vally we wanted to stay somewhere outside of a city center and this hotel was located centrally for where we were traveling. It wasn't too far off the main highway but felt nicely secluded. It was decorated well, though there are some simple changes that would easily elevate the interior (like a clean white shower curtain instead of a plastic printed one and a different set of curtains would have made the room feel more fitting with the rest of the house). We were surprised there was an elevator which was nice to not have to lug baggage upstairs. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the wifi worked well and one night we bought a bottle of wine and sat out and enjoyed the patio. The only negative for us was that it was in an area that didn't have any place to eat when we arrived after 8 and it was a 20 min drive to get back to areas that did, but that was our own fault for choosing to stay out of the city, but in retrospect we might opt to stay closer to Amboise for access to restaurants. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
