「Clean and comfy hotel. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is ok. However the doorknob to the bathroom fell off of our friend’s door while he was in the bathroom and was locked inside for an hour and the fans/AC units are really loud so maybe bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones. But otherwise a good stay.」

「The resort - while in a beautiful area , which prevents a one star review - seems pretty run down, especially for the price. Our room had waterdamage and part of the wall broken at the entry. The big pool area and 2/3 dining facilities were closed. The staff is friendly but seems very inexperienced. The water dispenser was kept empty for a long time and it seems like overall not very upscale for the ridiculous prices they charge for a room. The restaurant is on par with others in terms of...

「Terrible. Would not recommend. Booked a deluxe 2 bedroom they gave us a 1 bedroom told me that is what I booked I have the reservation details in front of me and it clearly says 2 bedroom deluxe villa. The manager talked over me and was not very nice. I would not stay at this hotel 」
