"非常滿意。酒店鄰近中央火車站，輕軋站及機場巴士站，交通便利；卑爾根主要景點步行數分鐘可達。入住的3人房很大，明亮寬敞，空間感十足。早餐食物選擇頗多，也很美味。最讚的是：退房後遇上大雨，我們留在酒店大堂小休，有自取免費咖啡供應。"

"pros: nice view over the harbour. good and abundant breakfast. cons: room's small, a bit awkward by the standard of a deluxe size. well maintained but still old and lacks noise-cancelling. "

"In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am and then we can only sleep after this. The hotel staff said this is nothing they can do for the music from the night clubs ! Then we went out on the following morning and came back to the hotel at around 4pm as we were also tired due to jet leg. So surprised when we opened the door that the room has not been cleaned at 4pm! Then the room is strange that sometimes there is no electricity for certain lights and the ventilation. We asked the hotel staff if this is part of the environmental friendly policies. The answer is no and he can’t figure out why this is the case. Bergan is a very pretty place and have lots to see. My advice is not to stay in this hotel if you want to have a peaceful and comfortable trip. "
