"Very beautiful 100 year old house, with period furnishings. It is very clean and the hostess was nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the town of Barre which has several dining options and nice downtown. The breakfast was excellent, made with local produce and ingredients. It is a great location as a base to visit different places in Vermont."

"1st - no dishes, silverware or cookware is included with your kitchenette. The property does have some they'll sell you. Housekeeping is only every 4th day, including trash removal. That being said, the room layout was excellent, none of that wasted space that drives you crazy when you can't turn around in the bathroom. "Very clean and well stocked rooms. You can get extra towels for the pool. Plenty of parking and staff is always welcoming and helpful. We have stayed there many times and love the rooms with kitchen and separate bedroom and pet friendly!"

"This hotel it a hidden gem. The breakfast was way better than I expected it to be. It had everything waffles bagels donuts fruit. String cheese. Was overwhelmed deciding what to pick. Air-conditioning worked well. No issue checking in Early around 1:00 pm to get to the gate at Do Good Fest for 1:30 pm when the gate opened. East to get in after the concert. Everything was excellent clean. Plenty of towels soap etc. even had spectrum internet. Only 15 minutes from National life group by. Car....
