"Lovely setting, most staff good with a couple of real stand outs. However, there were issues that you wouldn't expect from a 5* hotel. Our room was boiling hot and stuffy when we arrived. It was warm and the sun shining in for days, but the AC had no effect. Even opening windows to try and get some air in and forcing the AC to be always on it was unbearable. Reported to reception asked for a room change “we’re fully booked” which I know wasn’t true. Staff attempted to fix when we were out, but...

We could walk almost anywhere easily or take public transit or a taxi for just a few mins. It is located in between two major streets and with lots of amazing shops and restaurants in between.
