I’m hesitant to share a review because I kinda want to keep this place a secret, but at the same time this hotel really deserves a positive review and recognition for being amazing. It’s an absolutely stellar boutique property with an incredible staff. When you stay here, it feels like you’re staying at a friend’s mansion in the heart of the old city.

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The presidential suite was beyond nice. I’m sure the other rooms are beautiful too. The front desk manager, Arthur, was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walking everywhere as we did. There was noise from a street project but it looked temporary.

Wonderful but too short stay at this lovely property. We had a large beautiful room, and the service was exceptional. Arthur handled all our inquiries quickly and graciously and went out of his way to follow up with us whenever we reached out. He helped us with transportation and restaurants and promptly addressed a small problem with the air conditioning. He was a delight.

Fabulous stay!
Palazzo Monga is a DREAM hotel! The rooms are very large, very clean, and the service would be rated better than a 10 if allowed. The location is perfect. We would recommend it to everyone!

The executive suite we stayed in exceeded all our expectations. A beautifully appointed room with lots of natural light. We did not partake in the daily breakfast that is delivered to your room, but will definitely do so the next time we visit. Can't recommend enough.

Fabulous room. Great service and was responsive about everything. Minor complaint was that Nespresso pods could have been complimentary. Everything was as promised and beautiful room.

Jakub and the entire staff made Palazzo Mongo a stay to remember for all time. The boutique approach to this palace is unforgettable with beautiful decor, well-appointed presentation and a location fit for Kings and Queens. We easily walked to the magical centers of this incredible city. The staff were so pleasant in check in and check out, it was as if a good friend had taken us into their private residence. The assistance with reservations, travel, and parking helped us to simply enjoy our time without any worries.

I probably stayed in best room this property has. Everything so impeccable, clean and very well decorated. Not to mention the amazing service Julia provided to us. She was adorable and very kind. It was probably the most beautiful room I ever stayed.

We are traveling to several different cities over two weeks. I wish we would have booked more than one night in Verona after staying here. We were very sad to leave. The place was gorgeous and comfortable. Spacious and clean. The staff was by far the friendliest, and easy to talk with. Julia and Raul were so helpful. Verona had a lot more than we expected. When we return, we will stay here again!

Picturesque Verona
Beautiful rooms, option of breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the old town. There is a charge for using the sauna as we found out later.

The best vacation overnight stay ever! From outstanding recommendations to parking our car, the staff went well beyond in stellar customer service. The hotel was majestically beautiful located right in the heart of the shopping and pedestrian district. Thank you for an amazing visit..we ll be back!

This was a the perfect, romantic hotel. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgable re sights. It's in a prime situation near to most of the sights. We had a suite and can't fault any part of it. Definitely would recommend staying here. Thank you Palazzo Monga Boutique Guesthouse.

Everything beat my expectation. Beautiful and elegant deco. Right at the center of everything. Only thing not that convenient is that you have to put your breakfast order before 7pm and we missed it. It would be great to have the breakfast in this beautiful suite.

My Stay in Verona
I stayed at the Palazzo Monga on my honeymoon in Italy. It was my first time in Verona, and the entire staff made sure my visit was extremely special. From helping me to arrange a tour of the Valpolicella region, suggesting restaurants and making sure my room was extremely comfortable, the hotel deserves five stars. It is extremely well located. As it is a guesthouse, service is not 24 hours, but I felt extremely safe and secure and all my needs were beyond met during my stay.

Truly exceptional
I have stayed in a number of first class hotels both in Europe and Mayfair in London. However, nothing I have stayed in compares to the Royal Suite. Everything is to the highest of standards and the quality of the fixtures and fittings is exemplary. This has redefined luxury, and I suspect that overwhelming majority of hotels will fall short... The quality of the service offered is exceptional.

Amazingly helpful staff - will stay again!
My family has traveled all over the world and stayed at some of the best establishments, and the service at Monga blew me away. Within 10 minutes of checking in (we were in a huge rush), the staff helped us with everything from printing our opera tickets, steaming our clothes for the event, finding street parking for our car for us (and bringing the rest of our bags up), showing us how to use the espresso machine, setting up the pull out bed, and giving us flawless directions to the show - it felt as if we had inherited an Italian family for the night. The room we stayed in was stunning - beautiful furnishings, a giant walk in closet, tasteful chandeliers, comfortable beds and a large bathroom (with high end soap/scrub/conditioner etc). The room also came with a small refrigerator, a bottle of welcome bubbly and, again, the espresso machine. It's also surprisingly quiet given how good the location is - it was a 5-7 minute walk to the Arena and located on a busy pedestrian street. My only suggestion would be for Expedia provide better directions on how to get to the hotel. There is another hotel with effectively the same address, so it was a bit confusing finding Monga at first. Other than that, I will certainly be staying here the next time I'm in Verona. Thanks!!
