I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks. Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private. Easy self check in. The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered. The windows are facing another building. Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site. I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

My luxurious stay at the dreaming Piazza hotel Ver
One of the best hotel in Verona ltaly, everything you can ever wish for. Close to the Arena, tourists center, train station, restaurants etc. The air conditioning is very good. I will definitely choose the hotel again when I am in Verona ltaly. Thank you.

This property was excellent. The young men who took care of me was excellent also. His name was Ali. He spoke excellent English. He was very nice and friendly. He also help me with any question that I had regarding staying at this Hotel/B & B or about what to do in Verona. He kept the place immaculate! I was very, very comfortable with the accommodations. It was about a nine minute walk to the center of Verona/Arena. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Ali was the best thing about this place. Besides, the property was very very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and stay here the next time I visit Verona, Italia. 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 ❤️ 👌,

Looks can be miss leading!
We did not get the room we had booked in the picture. A/C broke and we finally got the room that was in the pictures. This place is not secure as the front door key is left in the mail box! There are no staff on site after hours but they will still charge you for a late check in! Community bathroom so beware!!! The hot water if you are lucky enough to get any will not last for a shower!

Hello, sorry for the AC broken, not depending on us, w don't want that our services are not available when guests are in the room. As written on our page, the check in is available only from 13:00-18:00, since we don't have the reception here, and if you arrive later than the available hours, yes of course you need to pay the extra pay for a late check in, as it written on the page. Otherwise we have also the self check in if you don't want to pay the surcharge, leaving in the security box the keys. All the services are written on the page before booking. And you know as well that you book a shared bathroom, other guests are using it. The boiler we changed it already and we have bigger one now.

Dreaming... of a warm shower
I really wanted to give this place an excellent review because on balance it deserves it: the location was excellent, the staff fantastic and the condition great. Except... no hot water. We had two rooms (oh, bathrooms are shared here:seven rooms, two bathrooms; you need to be cool with that if you intend to stay here, we were, until...) and neither of the bathrooms we had ran warm water. Not even tepid. Not even cold. Freezing. When we got there, the staff member said there was a trick to getting one shower warm, but the other was okay. Here’s the thing, there shouldn’t be a trick. Not in the twenty-first century in a first world country when you’re paying good money. Things should just work. They didn’t. Two bathrooms, three guests, three freezing cold showers. But let’s not dwell on the negative. Dreaming is a great option for Verona. Good location, short walks everywhere including station and historic centre. Great eating all around it, including one of the best pastry shops we struck in Italy on the bottom level of the same building and a vegan burger joint directly across the street. Looks like it was a converted apartment, nicely furnished and decorated, safe and quiet and comfortable. The staff member who met us there was fantastic. Don’t be put off by shared bathrooms, that worked better than we thought it would. I recommend it... if they sort out the cold shower business.

Boa localização e quarto confortável! Tive um atendimento ruim para entrar no imóvel na primeira vez, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando na frente e ligando sem ninguém atender. Um vizinho que me ajudou ligando para o responsável. Depois desse episódio foi que recebi senha da porta do prédio e também cópia das chaves.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Café um die Ecke. Wasserspender im Flur war praktisch. Personal war nett/Entgegenkommend. Mein Zimmer hatte einen gestandenen Geruch. Es gab die ersten 3 Tage keine Seife im Bad. Nicht immer Toilettenpapier im Bad. Wände sehr Geräuschdurchlässig.

Dei tanti b&b che ho visto con hotels in questi due anni questo è stato il peggiore. Un bollitore per caffè senza neanche una bustina di caffè. Una stanza con una finestra solo nel bagno. Un asciugamano in croce. Direte che per 46 € (37 incassati dal gestore) è anche troppo ? Andate in Austria o in Germania e vedete cosa trovate per lo stesso prezzo.

Buongiorno gentile ospite grazie di essere stato con noi e siamo amareggiati che l'alloggio non sia stato di suo gradimento Lei dice di viaggiare molto; noi di ospiti ne abbiamo visti, chi viaggia frequentemente legge prima di prenotare. Lei non ha rispettato neanche la regola più basilare sull'orario di check-in presentandosi alle 22:00 passate (nessun problema ci siamo adeguati al suo volere). La camera l'ha scelta lei dalle foto ed è proprio la stessa. "Dreaming? No... nightmare" (apprezzo la battuta) addirittura un incubo perchè non c'era del caffè per il bollitore, oppure avere solo un asciugamano da doccia per una notte ( meno di 12 ore). A noi dispiace ma non sembra così pessimo e abbiamo fatto delle scelte. In questo periodo cerchiamo di proteggere il più possibile i nostri ospiti e il nostro staff per tale motivo abbiamo cambiato alcune procedure (accoglienza con self check-in e distanziamento con il personale) tuttavia siamo disponibili a tutte le richieste: - manca una bustina di caffe? chiediamo scusa può capitare bastava scrivere come ha fatto per la sua utilissima recensione, e avrebbe ottenuto anche di più. - la camera non le piace? stessa cosa. Lei ha scelto quella camera ma noi abbiamo anche altre offerte anche in altre strutture. - Un (1) asciugamano. La biancheria è gestita da professionisti che lavano e sterilizzano tutto ciò che riguarda la lavanderia. Manca un asciugamano viso? anche qui era subito fatto! Anche se noi personalmente riteniamo che un asciugamano grande per una persona per una notte è sufficiente. Adottiamo questa scelta perchè cerchiamo di inquinare il meno possibile l'ambiente, una scelta condivisa da molti (almeno a parole, noi vediamo i fatti). Se vuole 12 asciugami per 12 diverse parti del corpo lo può sempre chiedere!! Inoltre visto che lei viaggia molto con Hotels.com non sa che la ricevuta del pagamento è già nel suo account? Ospiti tedeschi e austriaci ne abbiamo molti non la pensano come lei. Oltre a essere un gran viaggiatore è anche un astuto economista ma preferisco non entrare nel merito. La saluto con questa sua massima " Andate in Austria o in Germania e vedete cosa trovate per lo stesso prezzo" Grazie

L'host ci ha accolto in modo ospitale, ma la struttura in sé non è molto accogliente. La stanza era poco riscaldata ed il mobilio scarno, assente il secondo comodino ed uno specchio, bisognava andare in corridoio per truccarsi. Il secondo bagno poco funzionale, rubinetteria datata e acqua fredda al mattino per la doccia. Phon presente, ma non funzionante. Posizione strategica a 5 min da p.zza Bra

Sicuramente abbiamo intenzione di rinnovare il mobilio anche se quello che non gli è piaciuto è stato scelto proprio in ottica minimalista ed essenziale in alcune camere. Essenzialità e location che vengono offerti al giusto prezzo. Ci dispiace se ci sono stati problemi con la doccia e con il phon, in questi casi per una rapida soluzione è necessario rivolgersi all' host che provvederà tempestivamente al problema. Una bella esperienza
Posizione OTTIMA, in meno di 10 minuti a piedi é possibile raggiungere il centro, in 15 minuti circa la stazione di Piazza Portanova, nonostante ciò la struttura é tranquilla e silenziosa. Marco é stato disponibilissimo e ha sempre risposto ai miei messaggi e alle mie richieste. Utilissimo il self check-in. Il bagno veniva pulito ogni giorno. Unico appunto é forse la dimensione della camera singola e la presenza di un'unica asciugamano che renderebbero poco confortevole un soggiorno lungo. Tutto sommato una bella esperienza.

駅からも歩け、アレーナへも徒歩15分分ほど。宿泊費がリーズナブルな分トイレ、バス共同ですが個室は大変きれいで快適でした。

Mezzo e mezzo
kleines Hotel, bzw. eher eine Wohnung, die in einzelne Zimmer aufgeteilt ist. Günstiger Preis, dementsprechend kein hoher Standard zu erwarten. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein. Aber die Lage ist nicht kaum zu überbieten. Sehr nah am Bahnhof Puerta Nuova und sehr nah an der Arena.

Struttura vicina alla stazione, comoda per raggiungere il centro in circa 10 min. L’accoglienza e il supporto fornito dal personale sono stati eccellenti. Stanza ampia, aria condizionata e servizi per la colazione. Tanti pro della struttura e piccole accortezze che rendono piacevole il soggiorno per il cliente (un esempio è il distributore d’acqua, essenziale in qualsiasi momento). Purtroppo gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati ma questo forse non rientra nelle loro mansioni essendo un appartamento e non un hotel. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Solo i bagni lasciano un po’ a desiderare, per lo spazio e per gli interni, servirebbe qualche appoggio in più. È possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima di andare via anche se restano incustoditi. Consigliato!

Quartos são muito bons. Localização excelente próximo a estação de trem e das atrações de Verona. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Única ponto negativo para mim foi a limpeza do banheiro mas acredito que a culpa é maior das outras pessoas que usavam o banheiro compartilhado do que dos próprios funcionários.

Ierašanās dienā saņēmu detalizētas norādes par to kā nokļūt un ārdurvju kodu whatsapp. Istabas atslēga bija atstāta pastkastītē 1 stāvā aploksnē. Reģistrators atrodas uz vietas no 9.30 līdz apm. 14.00. Abi darbinieki Marko un Andrea ļoti atsaucīgi. Ja nav uz vietas, atbild uz jautājumiem Whatsapp. Viss patika, iesaku.

Kesinlikle mükemmel bir yer!
Otel çok merkezi konumdaydı ve kolay bulduk. Hem merkeze yakın hem de istasyona. Oda ve banyolar temizdi. Çalışanlar yardımcı oldular. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Çok sevdik.Verona’ya yeniden gittiğimizde kesinlikle burada kalacağız.
