"You need people that really clean the room, not just say they did. The floor throughout was visibly dirty. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Dirt build-up around the bathtub, and in the corners. You could tell the floors were not swept or mopped. There was a dirty spoon in the dishwasher with dried caked on food and is probably still in there. The kitchen drain smelled like mold."

"Breakfast was great. Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious, but walls were not super insulated as I could hear the neighbor on their phone call in the middle of the night - woke me up. I was also a bit bummed the hotel mgt did not have a drink coupon option if one missed the evening manager reception time by a few minutes. We would have appreciated the cocktail after our 3 hour drive upon arrival. Apparently this is against their policy 😳 the beverage coupon would have made a difference in our experience and review rating. "
