"This is a wonderful hotel! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds are built for relaxing and sleeping well. the staff of the hotel are delightful people. The breakfast is amazing! We were there for a family visit so I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the outdoor areas, but they also look beautiful. I’d stay here anytime I was in Vero. It’s just a gem of a place."

"Dirty room. Found moldy shrimp in microwave. Room smelled like smoke. And the whole hotel seemed run down. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at a Holiday Inn. Staff was very friendly. "

"I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!"
